Home Through Shallaligan
Quadra Island, BC

30 x 40  in.
Oil on canvas

Shallaligan Pass is by a rocky point that we paddle around on the way to many adventures. We love walking that area on the shoreline path - and exploring its rocky edge from the boats. There is something special about a place close to home that you are able to get to know in its many moods, in different seasons, different weather, various times of day. This is truly one of my special places on Quadra.

"You will love the ocean. It makes you feel so... I don't know. Small, but not in a bad way. Small because you realize you're part of something bigger."
~ Lauren Myracle
